Monthly rentals: March-September
5,500 baht per month for 6 months or more.
6,500 Monthly for shorter stays.
Electricity is metered and charged at 7 baht per unit
Water is charged at 150 baht per month
A security deposit is required to cover room damage and loss, or unpaid electricity and water accounts.
Check out requires at least 30 days notice
All payments must be made before the 5th of each month

Pool and house rules:
Free for guests: β50 Adults or β30 baht child per day for visitors
Take a shower every time before entering the pool
Wear an appropriate swimming costume
No food or drink in the pool
Consider your neighbors and don’t make excessive noise
If playing music or listening to TV with the volume up, consider using a headset
