Monthly rentals: March-September

• 5,500 THB per month for 6 months or more.
• 6,500 monthly for 4-5 months.
• 7,500 for 1-3 month stays.
• Electricity is metered and charged at 7 THB per unit.
• Water is charged at 150 THB per month.
• NEW WEKLY RATES 2,450 THB (additional days 350 THB)

• Weekly cleaning and laundry of bed linen for monthly tenants, every 4 days for weekly tenants

Pool and general rules:

• Free for Lanna Moon guests 
• β50 Adults or β30 for child per day for visitors
• Take a shower every time before entering the pool
• Wear an appropriate swimming costume
• No food or drink in the pool
• Consider your neighbors and don’t make excessive noise.
• If playing music or listening to TV with the volume up, consider using a headset.
